When a CANDIDATE has been referred to DAG Consulting and is then placed into a DAG contract that is at least 320 hours in duration, the source of this referral is then paid a "referral fee" as described below:

REFERRAL PLAN (**Labor Rate of $20/hr and up)
 

• 1st placement $500
• 2nd placement $600
• 3rd placement $700
• 4th placement $800
• 5th placement (or more) $1000

This plan begins once the first placement has been made and is in effect for 24 months afterwards. Referral fees will be paid to the source after 320 hours of work has been completed.
